Les Suites de Saint Amand

The location was great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location in the centre of Bordeaux, situated in a pleasant, historical building on a quiet street. We liked that did not have to conform to rigid timings that a hotel would offer for breakfast. Chris, the concierge was lovely. On our checkout morning he allowed us to leave our bags so that we could explore Bordeaux until 4pm. We thought that having the owner's vineyard vin rouge on offer was a superb idea. We purchased a bottle via the QR code on our first night. It was delicious. Thanks Chris for your support. 😊

In the description of the apartment listed a washing machine and drying facilities, an iron and ironing board. There were none of these items in the apartment. We would have brought more with us had we known. The toilet brush was not clean so we felt that we could not use it. The bathroom floor did not feel clean when we arrived.

Great central location and very nice luminous space. Chris the concierge was very friendly and gave me good recommendations for the city. I had a very pleasant stay at this property. Thanks very much

No issues at all.

Location, convenience for transport and food. Main thing was location, location!

Not told about the washing machine. Almost no level surfaces, in bathroom, for food preparation. Difficult to use toaster and kettle because power lead was too short or power sockets badly located. No storage for food apart from fridge. Hot water in shower very difficult to get and control. Recommend that shower heads are serviced to ensure good flow. Minimal drawer space for clothing.
