The staff greeting us the location and room was enjoyable

Once we committed to the property an extra fee was added for possible damage to the room, also rules of eviction if we left lights on air conditioning on for example or if rubbish was not removed form the room. Every service that was free in any other room we stayed at had a charge and none of this was explained prior to the booking and if we had known we would not have stayed there and we were disappointed it was hidden until we were committed and travelling to the property. We travelled across Spain and France for 8 weeks and this is the only property that made us feel like intruders irresponsible and unwelcome. We would not recommend this property as a result

Perfect for our Thurs - Sat Bordeaux visit. Easy instructions - check in and out. Helpful and professional concierge. Great location with excellent transport options. Air/con for heatwave was wonderful bonus. Very comfortable for two - sleep, cook, eat, relax, work (if needed).

Would have liked a larger chopping knife (for watermelon) and a bread knife but there was otherwise a very functional kitchenette (salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, washing up liquid included 💕)

Great location , clean minimal,

The curtain rail was broken which meant street light poured in. Possibly too many emails from management company. Wasn’t keen on large security deposit we had to pay it worried us.
