Location is fantastic, especially if you like shopping! Right in the heart of Bordeaux. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The size of the property is very good.
The only Issue was no air con. It was the heat bubble that hit Europe in July 2026, with temperatures hitting 44 degrees. It was very difficult to sleep in this heat and the apartment was hot. The hosts did provide fans and we knew there was no air con, but was not expecting 44 degrees!

Top Lage und schönes französisches Flair.
Der Gastgeber, kurz angebunden, schade, war wohl etwas genervt über unsere Angabe unserer Ankunftszeit. Wir waren mit dem Zug unterwegs und haben eine Ankunftszeit zwischen 16-17 Uhr angegeben. Dies wurde uns bei der Buchung von Booking sofort bestätigt. Parallel hat der Vermieter versucht uns über Booking zu erreichen und war nicht erfreu, dass wir das nicht mitbekommen haben. Hat sich dann über WhatsApp kontaktiert und meinte nur, dass er keine Stund auf uns warten kann… ich meinte dann nur „warum bekommen wir dann eine Bestätigung über die Zeit. Er was dann auch dementsprechend kurz angebunden und hat dann am Abreisetag sehr spät auf unsere WhatsApp reagiert. Und wichtig zu erwähnen.. 3 Stock sehr enges Treppenhaus wird nicht erwähnt.
