La Maison de Valentine

Super central, beautiful, has everything you need, extremely clean and the host is amazing.

Location was perfect, very close to the main Street but tucked down a side street it was very quiet.

Taxi transfers could have been better but I have no complaints about the property, and would recommend for a couple to stay in.

The location couldn't have been any better, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by an abundance of café bars, restaurants and independent shops, yet tucked away down a charming little street, making it incredibly peaceful and quiet when we wanted it to be. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful; it was extremely spacious and had everything we needed (and more) for a perfect home-from-home stay. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are all of a high standard. The Bed is very comfy, and extra pillows and a duvet are in the cupboard if needed. We especially appreciated the amount of coffee supplied for the coffee machine, as we are avid coffee drinkers. The owner was fantastic throughout, always responding to messages quickly and being incredibly kind and understanding. We especially appreciated how gracious she was when I repeatedly entered the wrong key code at 2:00 a.m. on our arrival and had to call her. This was completely my error, as my husband keeps reminding me. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux; we will certainly be returning.

Having to pack and leave

The location of Maison de Valentine was perfect. It is in the heart of the old city, so near to all the restaurants and sights, but on a side street so quiet at night. Communication with the host was very easy and she provided clear and helpful information.
