GuestReady - Cozy apt in Frederic & Isabelle place

The location was incredible. Everything we needed, from grocery stores, coffee shops, and a laundromat to restaurants and shopping centres, was within walking distance. The tram stop was also just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. We couldn't have asked for a better location. If you are traveling with children, check out the nearby park, it's a great place to visit with your little ones. Even though the weather in Bordeaux was very hot during our stay, the apartment remained comfortably cool. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay with two young children, and the street was remarkably quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep every night. Fred was an exceptional host. He was always quick to respond, and we never had to wait long for answers to any of our questions. During our stay, our baby had a medical emergency, and Fred went above and beyond to help us get to the hospital as quickly as possible. We are truly grateful for his kindness and support. If we ever return to Bordeaux, we would absolutely choose to stay in this apartment again.

This apartment is exactly as pictured. It is ample space for two. Absolutely loved the neighborhood. Great restaurants, walking streets, close to the river and the Jardin Public. King sized bed was welcome and very comfortable. The kitchenette has a two burner stove (not listed among amenities). Fabulous shower. More outlets than we have at home. Our host was very receptive and helpful. It is on the ground floor, but feels quite secure and not dark. Plenty of storage for our clothes.

No freezer. If both burners are on at once the stove shuts down. The stools around the table aren’t comfortable. The Wi-Fi is terrible. But we would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved this apartment! We have been to Bordeaux many times and chose a slightly different area this time but we were already familiar with the area which is why we chose. Excellent communication with hosts throughout. Very clean and very well equipped - everything you could need. Great tram links in every direction. Just off Rue Notre Dame so brilliant location as central but road very quiet and has everything you could want or need nearby. Would return and highly recommend.

Not a criticism but there isn't a TV - but why would you want to watch TV when you have Bordeaux! But we do like to watch the news sometimes. We probably should have checked the details! WiFi was good so when return would just take a tablet and headphones.

O apartamento é tranquilo mais não gostei da abordagem do Proprietario logo quando cheguei avisou que estava no andar de cima e pediu para deixar as janelas abaetas sendo que a janela do apartamento da direto na rua onde tem pessoas passando toda hora , observando o apartamento dentro . Acho Que apartir do momento Que alugamos um apartamento cabe a nós decidimos . Não tem televisao então se prepare pode ser intediante a estadia . No final não voltarei . Existia coco na frente do apartamento onde ele o Proprietario deveria no minimo ter limpado .
