From Gare Saint-Jean: Take tram C to the Quinconces stop, then walk approximately 4 minutes.
Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The ""Clémenceau-Auditorium"" public car park is located 50 metres from the apartment (paid parking).

I don't want to tell everybody about this place so that it will be available for me on my next visit to Bordeaux. LOL. The check in was seamless. I was a little late in my arrival. But they handled it without any problem. The apartment is comfortable and clean and with a great location. I'll be back.

This would be a nice place however we experienced some severe issues and ended up leaving early.
The entrance to the building had a broken security lock and was not secure. There was sewer gas coming from the shower. We had a mouse living under the refrigerator. The curtains for the front bedroom were broken and in the closet.
To their credit the management sent someone to fix the shower drain and plug the mouse entrance. He said the security door was working. It never was. It closed in a way that left a gap obvious to anyone outside.
With corrections to these issues it would be a nice place to stay. Marie, the host, was great.
