The location close to restaurants and bars.

The "bones" of this apartment are good - the main renovation was done with good materials. The main (back) bedroom is quiet and spacious. If you're a walker, the location is great to access all the bars and restaurants in the historic center.

The quality of the furnishings is really inconsistent. Whilel the beds are comfortable and seem recent, the sofa looks (and feels) like it should have been thrown out years ago. The hosts were nice, but there were management and maintenance details that were overlooked: one of the beds had an obviously broken leg when we arrived, there was no toilet paper, people had stolen all the teaspoons and stolen or broken all the mugs, neither of which had been replaced, etc. We would have appreciated more information on accessing the apartment in advance: you cannot get anywhere near the apartment in a car, making it difficult to travel with an elderly person. It's a very old building with very old windows, so you hear lots of noise from the street: people out in bars and restaurants at night and deliveries in the morning. When I picked up the keys, the key box was lying in a pool of cooking grease from the restaurant downstairs.

Buenas ubicación en el centro de la ciudad pero mucho ruido nocturno, no está bien aislada sin ventanas viejas.

No había toallas de manos, ni tostadora. Menaje muy usado y sucio. Había unas toallas en la lavadora húmedas. Algún radiador no funciona aunque la casa no era fría.
