I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was so perfect. I had a few concerns because of a few of the reviews, but I did not find it to be the case I could not have asked for a better location. The bus stop was right across the street a lovely restaurant 50 yards away a grocery store close by. And the hotel manager was beyond accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and a nice firm mattress the complementary breakfast with a wide assortment of items if I go to Venice again I will definitely stay here

Not what we expected based on the photos. Metal circular stairs to get up to the sleeping area. Breakfast was make your own, wash and replace any dishes used, a couple of eggs, some milk, yogurt, pastries in sealed plastic bags all of which were of unknown ages. Owner stated when we checked in that he could take us to the port. Upon check out he said he could not transport us because he rides a motor cycle. Supposedly called us a taxi that would arrive in 10 minutes- 30 minutes later no taxi, no one answered the door when we attempted to talk to him. Uber never showed so we had to drag our luggage over cobblestone streets to a depot about a mile or so away to get to the port shuttle. We had no idea where we were going in a strange city. Pay a little more for a nicer place.

A gem of a guesthouse with such friendly and helpful hosts. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice comfortable rooms with every amenity you’d need. Well located to easily walk to town and the cruise port shuttle.

The location was good. The unit was updated. Everything was clean. however, the entry stairs from the ground level were very steep and it was difficult to bring luggage up. Also, the original room we were given had a loft and a very small spiral staircase to get up to the bed. Fortunately, there were no other guests so we were able to switch to the other room that had a bed on the main floor.

The host was so much more than patient. Our flight into Rome was delayed, then we got hopelessly lost trying to find the guest house. No internet, of course, as we had US cell phones. The host waited for us much longer than I would have. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked for breakfast. We were only there for one night - barely 12 hours. Anyone could do a lot worse by staying somewhere else.

This property was conveniently located to the old city and very walkable. The dtairway into the building is a luttle dark and dingy but the unit itself is clean and well naintained and checkin was great. One should be aware that there is a beer house in the same building and live music could be heard until midnight bith nights. Therevis so a neighbour that is proud to display his guitar playing and vocals at night. Lots of restaurants to choose from and shirt walk to the boardwalk.

The hosts were lovely and really welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and nice. Really convenient for the port. The walk from the train station in the heat with my luggage was a trek so I’d probably get a taxi next time. There is quite a lot of noise from local bars at night and you can hear the other guest clearly so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would definitely recommend staying here for a night if you’re getting a cruise.

We absolutely loved staying here! Ernesto was so accommodating and pleasant and really went the extra mile for us. There was always snacks and croissants stocked and place was neat and clean at all times and was overall just the best place to stay and do close to the port! We had done so much sight seeing and walking and he was there to drive us to the port so we wouldn't have to walk with all of our luggage. Everything was truly amazing! Thank you!

This was a wonderful stay near the cruise port in Civitavecchia. We strolled the streets at night and right around the corner were several cafes serving genuine Italian dishes. Yum! The guest suites are big and the common area was stocked. Our host was wonderful and friendly. Enjoy!
