Great location, cruise port, old town beach all 10 minute walk away. Host Simone was great very friendly and helpful. The vending machines adjacent are convenient and cheaper than local shops!

Great location only a few minutes away from the main attraction areas.
I give 5+ stars to the owner, Simone. He is quick to respond to requests and emails, and he helped us arrange all of our transfers before we arrived.

Simone is an AMAZING host! he communicated in advance of our arrival to make sure that we knew exactly how to get into the property. He (and his beautiful dog Nala) were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Simone speaks perfect English, and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Morning coffee was delicious, and breakfast choices were fine. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to watch sunrise, sunset, and the arrival and departure of cruise ships and other vessels, and offered beautiful photo opportunities of the gorgeous view.
For travelers embarking on or disembarking from cruises in Civitavecchia, the location of this hotel to the port, and walking distance to the main part of the vibrant town filled with numerous cafes and restaurants, this quiet hotel provides what is needed one (or two, or three) nights before or after a cruise so that you get quaility sleep and a taste of Civitavecchia without breaking the bank. HIGHLY recommended.
