Bad communication for checking in. Might have been the booking company’s fault. This caused stress. Plus, we aren’t great with online check in situations. Other customers helped us.

..it’s an old building and the main entrance is dismal..location okay
the building entrance is horrible and unkept and the doors are a problem to open..the apartment door lock is a nightmare to close and needs changing..the key is loose fitting inside the lock
