    Just back from a lovely relaxing weekend, hotel was spotless and warm and welcoming plus very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Food and atmosphere was wonderful with a live singer in the bar. Grounds were beautiful for a walk and the leisure centre was lovely and quiet on Sunday morning

    I enjoyed my time at the Ballymascanlon. Staff was very helpful, settled on beautiful golf course, leisure facilities wasn't bad, but i was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, dust situated on the trunk in the bed and carpet wasn't well hoovered under the beds.

    Went here with my 2 daughters . Our room was very disappointing as it was a room that had a make shift 3rd bed that was stuck to the radiator. We paid a lot of money for the room. We asked to be changed but were told no triple rooms available in new part of hotel? Other than that the saving grace was the foot soldiers who were lovely. When I told at reception it was my birthday the receptionist wished me happy birthday and that was that. Not a complementary drink or such like which I thought was bad form. Any ways we won't be back . We also had a lot of luggage and had to bring to room ourselves. 4 star I dont think so. Nice surrounding. That about it.
