No. Everything was horrible. And I stayed 3 nights and nobody came to clean my room. Not even one day.

We had a 5 day stay here that awful!!! On night one I asked for five hangers and a laugage rack. This took 3 days. There was no cleaning service UNTIL I went to the front desk for the 8th time on the 4th day. Each time I was told I was in excellent hands. Boy on the 8th time I lost my cool at the desk. The toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were beginning to smell, the untucked bottom sheet was no longer staying on the bed. We had enjoyed the beach on day one and it could be felt or heard as you walked around. The room was well air conditioned and the food service was absolutely worth the price: always excellent flavor and variety. Be aware that this hotel has a chain of command. First you have to tell the person who signed you in the it's the manager who absolutely USELESS Next in command is the Assistant to the General Manager Carlos who listened an offered a free meal which it had taken up to the 5th day to get to. This was check out day. He also promised that should we return he would garuntee he would make sure our next stay experience would be an excellent experience. I do not know Assistant to the General Manager Carlos. We shall see, maybe????? Everyone can have a bad 5 days even the Alantico Prime Hotel.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

Property definitely needs a bit of maintenance. My room was not very clean and they didn’t not service the room daily. Only one day they replaced towels and made the bed. Overall ok stay but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again Breakfast was good

This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

The stat here was okay but the beds didn’t have sheets and the curtains had holes in them. The breakfast was not good. Yoghurts were served warm as well as milk for cereal. Only one protein source which were hot dogs in a tomato based sauce. The decor was nice outside the other things mentioned

Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rain shower. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. A great variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to pastries and hot dishes, all served in a beautiful dining area. It really set the tone for a great start to the day. The location is another big plus—conveniently situated close to the city’s main attractions and offering easy access to transportation, I was able to explore everything with ease. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Atlântico Prime. It offers exceptional value, top-notch service, and all the comforts of a premium hotel. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Really disappointed in my stay. We ended up checking out the same night. Walls are filthy, sheets dirty. The first room we were assigned had wet floors from the AC. The next room they moved us too was not better. This isn’t a luxury hotel

I cannot believe this hotel has a 4-star rating—it’s more like a 1-star at best! My experience at Hotel Atlântico Prime was beyond disappointing. First of all, the cleanliness was non-existent. There were bugs and flies inside the room, especially in the shower—disgusting! The light fixtures were filthy, dust was everywhere, and it was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned in ages. I had to beg for towels and even for someone to clean my room, but they never did. The service was just as bad, if not worse. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 AM, but at 9:55, they aggressively started removing all the dishes, not caring that guests were still eating. One staff member even prohibited a guest from ordering iFood after they had cleared everything out, even though people were still sitting in the breakfast area! This is unacceptable, especially during Carnaval, when guests are exhausted and need food. People pay to stay here—this is not a free stay! I have never stayed in a place in such terrible condition. Never again! If you're considering this hotel, RUN the other way. It does not deserve its 4-star rating—more like 1 star, and that’s being generous.

The hotel is really not that bad, it is very popular with budget travelers. It is located in a rough area of downtown, we never had any problems walking around during the day and at night. It is close to all the downtown attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good. Wi-Fi is very bad, not a little bit bad, but very bad.

Staff are well-trained and ready to accommodate guests' needs, and the amenities provided are very decent. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Like the rest of Rio city centre - it isn’t a neighbourhood to walk around at night due to safety. Internet was excellent but got choppy on a couple of occasions. The decor is modern-contemporary and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Overall, Hotel Atlantico Prime offers a great and convenient experience for travellers - very popular with group travellers as well as GLBTQ community looking for a comfortable stay in the centre.

The images online are not how the hotel rooms look, they only have one sheet no covers and 2 of the smallest pillows ever. No one spoke English but 1 person a little it was very frustrating. We was switched to 3 different rooms the 1st room our lights didn't come, 2nd room was infested with bugs and the bed covers had stains on them and a lot of brown dots they didn't have a iron so I couldn't do the bed bug test. There was mold all over the curtains. The area was not that good homeless people and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy.
