We loved everything about our stay. The staff was very attentive to our needs, as well as knowledgeable and engaging. Great location that is walkable to train, shopping, Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo.

The room was clean and well stocked with drinks. The staff was very accommodating, wi-fi signal was good and the breakfast area was very clean and a nice variety of foods.

Great hotel close to the train station. The air conditioning worked great in the heat of July! The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and also offers a hardy free breakfast. Really good value.
