The hotel entrance is locked after hour. This was never communicated with me, even though I contacted the hotel ahead of time and told them that I would arrive pass 10pm. I had a brief packing moment locked out the hotel with nobody to help me. The hotel itself is good, but this part was not.

A beautiful personal hotel in a fab position to walk to most areas. Small intimate library cafe served perfect breakfast. Staff incredibly friendly. The best ive met tbh. Couldn't fo enough for us
Russell square is a pretty park with lovely cafe British museum just around corner

There was a weird smell in hallways and other public areas but otherwise, great stay!
