Property was clean and updated and all registration assistants were very sweet - that is good Now the not so good… Could not regulate temperature in the room - had to run the air conditioner even though it was 10 degrees outside Got locked out of the room at 5:30 am after going to get coffee. Batteries were dead in the lock and no one had what they needed to open the door until 7 which made me late. No apologies offered at all. TV wasn’t on in the breakfast area and no one had a solution No syrup in the dispenser for breakfast Even though the parking lot was bladed after a snow and ice storm, no one addressed the most high-traffic 10 ft area leading to the parking lot which was solid ice. I stayed three days and no one bothered to put salt down. Just common sense things ignored

I stay here everytime I'm in Louisville, Ky. The place is fresh, very clean, quiet, and has a very good staff. For me it's a very nice place with a very reasonable price plus the free breakfast is a plus. It is located conveniently to the highway system.

Our room had no toiletries and no desk chair when we arrived. Also, using the shower floods the bathroom, no matter where the showerhead is aimed. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff were really nice and the hotel and room were clean. I disnt go swimming in the pool, but l liked that it was inside. They also had a chair for disabled people to be lowered in which i thought was nice. Only thing i can complain about was the beds be pretty high, but the were comfortable

Check in was easy. Hotel was clean. Rooms could use an update. Old carpet, old yellow shower head, air conditioner was a bit loud so we turned it off at night. Pool was cold but clean. Breakfast was not great only cereal, bagals, make ur own waffel station, wet scrambled eggs and sausage was available. Girl working breakfast area was Zero help.

Bed was comfy and loved the extra pillows. Shower had no water pressure. Room and hotel was clean and quiet. Blackout curtains worked well. Breakfast was same as everywhere and served it's purpose.

Got a room near the elevator, but it wasn’t too noisy. Black out curtains were torn, and the front door had busted holes in the closet door. The lights in the room were not very bright and had a blue hue and with blue paint on the walls it made the room feel dark. The breakfast was good, well stocked and never too crowded. Nice location if you have a car to get around.

The entire property, and especially our room, smelled horrendous. There was no way to open a window, leaving us to suffer in the stench of the hotel. We booked a 4-night stay and had to leave after staying just one night. My husband and daughter had terrible headaches, and I was extremely nauseous from the odor. Breakfast was terrible. The man at the front desk tried his best to be helpful. Still waiting for a refund.

Nice hotel that felt very safe. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Shopping and dining options in the direct area. Lots of areas in Louisville were congested from construction and honestly did not feel safe. This hotel was in a nice, safe feeling area which helped me enjoy my stay much more. Would definitely stay again.

This is not what I expected from hotels.com. The room smelled like chemicals (not like cleaning). The bathroom was horrible. The fan didn't work. The paint in the shower ceiling and floor was half done. The floor was not completed. The towels have seen better days. The only lights that worked was the one by the bed and over the fridge. I wish I took pictures but I really wasn't going to say anything but you know we relay on these websites to steer us in the right direction and this location was not it. I went to move my daughter into school and I will be back in the area but will not stay here again.
