The room was fine - clean, comfortable and did the job for a one-night stopover. Reception staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great (found a hair in the scrambled eggs!) but overall not a bad stay and would stay again if in the area.

Great staff, some issues with failed deliveries, limited the evening menu. But had a good stay anyway.

Staff were great, hotel was clean and tidy, nice room. Late checkout is stupidly priced and only two hours extra for £20… Not so useful when working nights and need to check out at your 0600 which is 1800 in real time. Breakfast was ok, bacon was great, eggs were a little “ropey” Get in early for the best ones. Gate lock access also a bit “naff” but maybe in the process of repair.

I have been here twice, when calling to ask instructions to open the gate the lady who answered the phone was rude on both occasions. On one occasion she came out to open the gate seemingly annoyed that she had to let us out. The second time she spoke on the phone as in the same manner rudely and as if we had asked something out of sorts. The young man on the desk however was friendly and kind.

No heating in the room we froze to death the first night . The next day reception said they can control the heating from there so they put the heating on but we had to go backwards and forwards to reception when it got to cold and to warmwarm.Thep to recbroken .

Room was huge ,loved the shower with a seat , all spotlessly ckean,sleptcreally well . Staff were all super ,special shout out to the girls on breakfast duty this morning ,they wee kept very busy ,but still very polite 😀 Lovely selection for breakfast ,but did notice one guest picking up bread with her fingers (tongs were provided)and then putting it back in the basket Toaster not suited to such a large dining area ,and located in the middle of everything, needs re locating to the area where the jam/marmalade and cereals are But all in all an enjoyable experience and filled us up for our drive back to Wales Great parking facilities and free !! Would definately stay again ,now we've got our bearings Great value !! Carpeted area in places could do wirh renewing

Window handle was broken so could hear the traffic. Paper thin ceilings after a late night out was woken up at 7am by the person above stomping around Comfy bed - hotel could do with a real good revamp, frayed carpets in corridors only bonus is the bar is open 24 hours. Breakfast was average in honesty I would only stay here again for the fact it had a 24 hour bar!

The parking was self parking on site which is amazing as it is close to the city. The room was sizable and I felt very safe and relaxed as a solo female traveller that is very important to me. The bathroom was slightly smaller than expected but considering the shower was large enough for two people I can't really complain. I did however notice a build up of damp mould above the shower which seems as if it simply needs a taller cleaning person to reach. The person above me was slightly heavy footed which did wake me twice in the night although I'm unsure if I can fault the hotel itself for this concern as they are unable to control the way people walk at 11pm or 5am. I would however remained the people reading this review that it cost nothing to be mindful of how heavy you walk when staying away from home.

I had a great time I was checked in early no extra charge and I had to leave early so I was unable to have breakfast so one of the staff name Jasmine provided me a breakfast to go which was very sweet of her overall good stay 10 out 10 for me .
