Positives: the room was large and clean. Free parking. Correct price for night breakfast Negatives :The room was not ready at 7:30pm. There was no furniture in the room nor in the bathroom, we had to put our toiletries on the floor. he area is not really nice and the hotel is 15 min from the subway

We booked the Junior Suite, because there was a kitchen available in the describtion. We arrived but the room hasn`t a kitchen. The Reception team was very helpful giving us plates, spoons etc. to substitude the missing kitchen. They were overall very helpful and tried to make us happy. Thank you for that to the nice lady and young men. Unfortunately also the fridge didn`t work aswell. In the evening trains were passing so it was also loud. It was not a good sleep.

We booked here because of the easy parking and proximity to the Turin Metro station, along with easy access to the main motorways. We were upgraded to a room with a loft sleeping area. It was very nice, and comfortable. Overall, our impression was that it was a high quality hotel, with staff that clearly were trying hard to make the stay as nice as possible. The internet in the rooms wasn't great - it kept dropping out and only gave a strong signal in a few parts of the room. While we were there, the hotel restaurant was closed - probably because of COVID. But there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The Metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. Overall, a good experience.

Nice and clean room, good service, excellent breakfast. Relatively close to Torino, about 20 minutes from Torino center. Closest metro station is Paradiso, I recommend taxi from Torino Porta Nuova o Porta Sousa, as there was no taxi available in Paradiso station and it is a long walk with luggage from the station.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was a comfortable spacious room, and lived up to everything promised on the booking. It had free parking, free internet, air-conditioning, and breakfast buffet included. The internet was a bit spotty, but worked well for the most part. The breakfast buffet was far from lavish, but there was a decent variety of items, and the breakfast attendant was very kind. Our only real complaint would be that the doors to the rooms were on automatic lock, which made them very difficult to close from the outside. This translates to a lot of door slamming in the hallway during the mornings when we were trying to sleep. For the most part all the employees of the hotel that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel in general were a bit dated, but relatively well kept up, and everything was clean, which is the most important for us. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay at Blu Hotel, and there were just very tiny things that prevent the hotel from getting a rating of 5 in each category. The location was a bit shabby, but it was close to several main highways, and just a short subway ride from Torino, so we didn't mind.

Nice place. Brilliant location for my purposes. Very good breakfast. Did find some dripping red marks in the bathroom which concerned me a little bit and had to request to change room after the second night as was close to the reception area and was quite noisy. I am thinking of going back for work purposes and would stay there again
