Close to the metro, which is perfect.
Free parking is very much appreciated.
Staff was nice.
The "double bed" was mad up of two single mattresses stuffed together in the same sheet... Not very comfortable!

Large quiet room on the ground floor so easy to get to once you were in the hotel proper. Free private secure parking was nice, especially as the area itself appeared more industrial than residential.
Many stairs up to the lobby, there may have been a lift but it wasn't obvious. My son's room was at the front of the hotel and there are bright lights on the fencing outside that were on all night and shone straight into his room. Obviously the curtains helped but didn't completely block the light. In mine and my partner's room when he tried to sit up in bed in the morning the bed frame broke under him. They offered to move us but we didn't bother as we were checking out that morning anyway. They also offered us a free coffee as compensation as we were leaving but we didn't have time to stop and none of us drink coffee anyway.

Location was out of centre, but very easy to get subway into city centre.
Cost was half the likes of Holiday Inn
Breakfast was a vast choice, including vegan and gluten free options.
Choice of restaurants in the area was limited.
Choice of food if you don't want pizza - limited
Coffee from machine was awful. To request one to be made at breakfast took too long
The lack of drink making facilities in the rooms was frustrating
