Great place, good price/quality ratio

Close to the metro, which is perfect. Free parking is very much appreciated. Staff was nice.

The "double bed" was mad up of two single mattresses stuffed together in the same sheet... Not very comfortable!

Amazing staff

The staff were super kind and helpful. Close location to the metro, about 750m from hotel. The coffee from the bar was amazing. Clean spaces, including bedrooms, except for the bathroom basin.

The breakfast was average at best, but edible. The bathroom basin was dirty and mouldy, with what looked like a thick mud. The fridge smelled like something had died in it. Definitely would not stay here again.

unplesant hotel in a shabby suburb, noisy room, poor public transport, debased cleaning staff, avoid

The hotel is old and run down in an unpleasant suburb with poor public transport. Also I received a super noisy room next to the reception although I asked for a quiet room. In the morning the cleaning woman invaded my room although it was locked and I told her several times in Italian not to enter. Later the manager apologised and explained that this particular cleaning woman was new and does not speak any Italian and she offered me a free coffee as compensation for the disruption of my privacy in my room. Hence this hotel seems to employ unqualified cleaning staff and thereby save cost at the disadvantage of the guest. Unfortunately I had another reservation at this "hotel" and I decided to cancel it although I paid already, the hotel refused to cancel it for free. I would not consider to come back to this "hotel".

Good spacious room, value for money.

Large quiet room on the ground floor so easy to get to once you were in the hotel proper. Free private secure parking was nice, especially as the area itself appeared more industrial than residential.

Many stairs up to the lobby, there may have been a lift but it wasn't obvious. My son's room was at the front of the hotel and there are bright lights on the fencing outside that were on all night and shone straight into his room. Obviously the curtains helped but didn't completely block the light. In mine and my partner's room when he tried to sit up in bed in the morning the bed frame broke under him. They offered to move us but we didn't bother as we were checking out that morning anyway. They also offered us a free coffee as compensation as we were leaving but we didn't have time to stop and none of us drink coffee anyway.

Hotel has a function suite that I wasn't aware of . There was an event on during the night and my room was just above it . I found it difficult to relax .

Hotel and staff was great. Metro was walking distance to the city.

The only negative was they didn't have tea/coffee facilities. However when we asked at reception,they did provide us a kettle.

Superb

strange first feeling when you come - industrial area, outdated building… BUT: rooms are spacious, beds comfy, reception people were very supportive, quite good dinner available in the hotel restaurant. And very good connection by metro to Turin center in 16-17 min once you enter the train. Metro station is within 10 min walk from the hotel.

The location was not the greatest, half the bed was flat the other half the bed was on an angle, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work the floor in the shower was very slippery, coffee machine in the breakfast area didn't work

Lovely room, Shame about the rest...

Reception staff lovely, very helpful lady - a credit to the hotel. Large, very comfortable and well equipped room...BUT

We woke coughing during the night as cigarette smoke entered our room through the air vent, it was just awful. Bad service at evening meal and food generally very poor. Dining room was scruffy. Hotel unappealing outside and in a shabby area.

Beware of the location. Nice place to rest.

We had a great and spacious room, with even a small balcony. We appreciated the airconditioning. The room felt quiet and secluded. Free parking.

BEWARE of the location. For us this was a disappointment: it's located in the outskirts of Turin. Even getting to the metro was a boring and pretty long walk, making it difficult to just spontaneously go into the city/return.

I booked one double room with 2 single beds, than the plans has been changed and I asked same room with king size bed. I got a written co formation for this exchange from hotel, but then instead I got the room with 3 single beds and it was really weird.
