Fair stay in Collegno

Very practical position for working in the Collegno or Space facilities areas. Fair breakfast, many cakes and pastry. Clean rooms. Kind staff.

The heating in my room was not working properly and it has been a bit cold. I have been staying at this hotel several times in past years: the reception used to be open 24h/24h, but this is no longer the case. If you plan to return after 11 pm you have to bring your room key with yourself.

This was the worst hotel and below standards. I paid too much and maybe booking.com gets a chunk.

Property was fairly quiet.

This is a bare bones hotel. Breakfast was awful, especially for being in Italy. All package items of crackers and cookies, very few pastries. Fruit was spoiled. Cheese was in a plastic wrapper and discusting by the time I unwrapped it--uneditable. Very few slivers of turkey and salami. No fridge in room.

Mixed bag of feelings.

Budget hotel, so expect what you pay for. Mixed feelings, as there is plenty of free parking spaces around, and just 15 minutes via metro to city centre, but when the service stops at 21.30 you're 90-100 minutes walk from the hotel. It remoteness takes the toll when you're coming back at late hour. Spacious room, comfortable beds.

Cleanliness - you quickly realize there are areas in front of your eyes that haven't been cleaned for weeks. It's cheaper, but just a small margin from other hotels, and this just not justify all the filth. If you have an option - look elsewhere, spend few pennies more and enjoy quality service.

i forgot something at the hotel, i called them and i told them that i will come next day, they Said it’s Ok, they have it. Next day, after an ~300km detour I’ve arrived at the hotel, they said that they don’t have it. 🤬🤬🤬🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Excellent hotel outside the city center!

Second time visiting, and really liked the hotel again. Staff was really nice, and all speak English! Breakfast was really good. Rooms were good looking and clean. Very close to the metro line: within 20 minutes, you are in the city center.

Our wifi did not work after one day, but this van probably be fixed by discussing this with the people working there.

The hotel is placed near the industrial zone of Turin, but the is metro and train station very near, which is really convenient.

The room had a weird smell, does not give a very clean vibe. One shelf fell on its own without putting anything on top, which is probably due to poor room maintenance.

The wifi is, unfortunately, terrible. It barely reached to the room and was incredibly slow. Wifi was only good downstairs in the lobby.
