Comfortable for short stay

The bed was comfortable, and the room was also very clean. The rooms were cleaned every morning. Breakfast was also good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful

The Aircon did not work and the windows did not open so the room got very warm and stuffy. The electricity in the room was temperamental, the card didn't seem to fit into the slot properly which would affect the electricity working. Only one pillow, extra one would be nice

Felt impersonal with the private lift from the car park to the room but on reflection this was very convenient when carrying bags.

Looking beyond the novelty of the motel style lift from parking straight into your room this is an excellent hotel with large comfortable rooms which are spotless and excellent facilities The bed was the most comfortable on our trip and the hotel is very well situated for the motorway The decor is quirky but fun and the whole experience was excellent including the excellent friendly staff on arrival and helpful when an item was forgotten Great experience

Nice hotel in industrial area about 12kms out of Central Turin. Spacious bedroom and good bathroom.

Room was a good size and clean. The sower was really good. Staff were helpful with explaining how to get in to Turin , where to park and what to see. Breakfast and evening meal were good. Also there was secure parking.

Great overnight stop

We stopped at the hotel overnight because we were on a long trip. Location was great as it’s next to the highway. My favorite thing about it is car check-in and private garage for every room. Very safe for overnight travelers with a car full of stuff. Room was big and clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. Clean and spacious bathroom. Staff is kind and helpful. Great value for money.

AC is controlled by the hotel staff, so when we arrived late in the evening, our room was freezing. They turned it off immediately when we asked, but it felt cold all night. Maybe there should be a thicker blanket in the closet, as there was just a thin sheet. Also a suggestion for non smokers - when booking, ask specifically for a non smoking room.

We were there during the Kappa Futur Festival, after midnight they did everything for us to call a taxi even if it was a mission impossible. Very big up's to the staff for the efforst and for all the good vibes! Love you all!

Perfect and safe place with travelles with car

Parking space for free, it is amazing, and you have direct lift from parking to you room. For those, who travel with car and need a safe place to be, this is perfect solution. We cant even imagine, how many lifts there must be? for each room? Amazing.

No restaurant facilities on the Sunday night no full bar service either, receptionist was the bar tender and could only open bottles of beer, no wine.

Great place to stay at to visit Torino, Juventus Stadium, and Piemonte

It's our second time at Diamante (the last time was in April). It's a great place if you plan to attend a Juventus match (as we do) and visit Torino and Piemonte. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, good breakfast (and dinner at an additional cost).

The water in the bath was cold once, but I think it's because the boiler was set incorrectly - once we turned it to a hot degree it was perfect.

Amazing quirky hotel for a motorway stop off, very good value for money. We had a private parking space and one of those rooms that the lift opened straight into your room !!!! AMAZING !! The breakfast was fresh and the staff was always replacing what was taken so later guests could enjoy everything to, lots of different choices. The best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. 😀👍
