High quality but cheap price.

Room lock was broken and I was outside in morning and cleaning staff took my stuff from room without my checkout at 9h00. With little communication checked out at 11h00.

The hotel was located at excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. I asked for hard bed & coffee machine, which they had provided. The breakfast served had variety and had good taste.

Didn’t like Turin but the hotel was good value and nice

Room was very nice. Great bathroom. When we left Turin the views on the motorway heading to Alps were incredible.

We wanted to eat in the restaurant as Turin is quite commercial but restaurant was reserved for a party.

Quite expensive hotel compared with what you get for the money else where.

Descent sized room, good breakfast, good parking possibilities in the garage even though it costs. Close to subway and busses. The dinner was pretty good.

It was not the cheapest hotel and you can find better and more affordable hotels. The air conditioner in our room was not working and when it’s 34 degrees outside it’s quite nice to have. This was the most disappointing with the stay since we had 26 degrees in the room during nighttime. We complained but you don’t fix these stuff that easy.

Great hotel for short holiday but also for business trips

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Location is very close to the metro station. Easy to get by car out of the city or by taxi to the airport. Parking available and free

Towels were washed, however old stains were visible on many towels. Double bed was two twin beds joined together.

Breakfast very average, monotonous. The same food is served every day. Very limited choice compared to other hotels in this category. The bathrooms need a good renovation, they are old and moldy. We came to this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We really wanted a bed with one mattress, not two beds joined together. We wrote to the hotel staff and were assured that our request would be granted. When we arrived it appeared that we were very disappointed, because it turned out that we have two beds that did move apart while sleeping. Old, worn duvet is an additional downside. It would be a good idea to ensure greater security, so that only vacationing guests enter the hotel. Here, no one checks anyone and does not watch who goes up, a random person can enter inside.

Booked the hotel because in Booking it stated that it had a gym, however in reality it is not a gym with only 3 machines, one of which was not up to standard. The hotel names this room a mini gym, in my view the option gym at this establishment is not accurate at all

The staff was ok .

The bed and the pillows were really comfortable . The view from the room( a nice green park ) was lovely. The breakfast food was nice .

The wifi didn’t work at all on 7 th floor. The shower water moved from hot to cold often . There were no cottonbuds for ears as complements in the bathroom .
