When we arrived at our designated stay it was closed, so consequently they sent us to another hotel which was difficult to find as it was in the middle of a big city with very little parking, why did you not inform us before hand so that we knew not to go to the hotel that we had booked ,it was not a problem that we needed after driving 450 miles.

This property is rather in need of refurbishment. When i made my feelings known to Reception, I was told that the property would be refurbished by the new owner in September 2024. The price was well above the norm for the poor quality offered. If I had not paid in advance through you, I would have left and gone somewhere else.

The welcome was lovely, the receptionist who spoke lots of different languages was really nice. Only criticism was the lady who was maitre 'd of the restaurant - she was trying to do the job alone, which was not possible as she was not giving all of the patreons her full attention

The place is nice, there's a tram station right there. Recommended for short stays. The wifi never worked for us, doesn't seem enough for everybody so it's shows available but doesn't let you connect. In general, for the price it is good.

As ever this Campanile was very comfortable and excellent value for a stopover night on the way home. The restaurant was nice with a good choice of food given they are still limited by Covid. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge range of food, and coffee to wake you up. Always love a Campanile and this was no exception

Booked months ago requesting 2 rooms at the front and although we were the first to arrive (about 3pm) they allocated us a rooms at the back - next time we are going to the Kyriak (or similar name) opposite for about the same price with higher marks. Burger and chips in the restraunt was excellent and the staff very friendly.

We booked this hotel from Orbitz. If we had seen the Soviet style apartment block that comprises the rooms, we never would have booked there. Orbitz instead showed us the reasonable-looking management portion of the property. The floors in the room were linoleum. It was peeling up. The room was slightly larger than the bed that occupied it. The interior lighting resembled an operating theater. I can say that the help was friendly. They couldn't make up for the hideous property, however. Never again - not for Campanile, not for Orbitz. The absolute worst.
