Room was large and well maintained. Bathroom and shower were nice. The common areas were spotless. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Hotel was great but the casino was not! It was my first and last stay. I was sitting at a 3 card poker table playing not speaking to anyone just playing and minding my ow business. A manager approached me and told me I was being removed from the casino because food and drink staff said I have to go. I was given no explanation whatsoever. No reasoning at all. I honestly thought it was a mistake and they were going to figure it out. I was made to go to my room and be done for the night at midnight when I had every intention on gambling late into the night. That was the reason for me getting a room. I hope nobody else experiences this embarrassment l

Very clean spacious room. The bathroom shower is clean but seems a bit unsafe with no shelves or grab bars. Any mobility concerns stay out of the shower or ask for a handicapped bathroom. The furnace is so noisy when it runs you can’t even hear the television. Suspect the air conditioner is going to be the same problem in the summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good value for the price on a weekday. Would stay here again. The food at the Rockwood bar and grill was very good and reasonably priced. The waiter was helpful and friendly.

Yes the room was spotless, staff and dealers were more than courteous. Only problem was food , as in the steaks we were coming to eat , well the place is closed on tuesday. too bad we were really amped up for good food.

Room was great! But the restaurants were all closed except the snack shop, was looking forward to some upscale eating. Plan on eating elsewhere in the first half of the week. Casino dealers were all very nice and helpful when needed.i had a chance at every table to walk away with a small profit! I didn’t have the sense to however. Lol

Four restaurants and no room service. Room was not ready for me when I arrived at 5pm. Altitude is cold, sterile, and unfriendly. The staff stood around talking to each other and ignored everyone else.

The room was very clean. I stayed the week before on a different floor and the bed was comfortable. Last night I stayed in Room 914 and the bed felt totally different and uncomfortable. I was wondering if not all of the mattresses are the same or if anyone else has ever commented. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff.
