Amazing price for a clean room with fresh linens and towels.

Ok - sooooo hear (read) me out - the rooms were very clean, smelled lovely andvery comfortable beds, clean towels, clean everything - however leading up to getting in to the room it looked ‘janky’ (the elevator was a mess and the door looked like it was batteeed in at some point )- BUT super clean, super comfortable and air conditioning worked amazing.

The hallway odor BUT it did not move in to the rooms so slept great!!

A budget friendly motel that competes well with high priced motels.

The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and helpful. The property was in tip top shape; clean, everything works, fresh paint, carpet, etc. Bed was comfortable. The digital wall thermostat made temperature control easy - not like the controls one finds inside a HVAC wall unit. The breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast; it included eggs, sausage, briskets and gravy, hot waffles, yogurt, cream cheese, cereals, breads, rolls, muffins. I'm a tea drinker and there were three kinds of teas. This was one of the lower priced motels in Terra Haute, but it matches hotels at twice the price point. It had good reviews, but it way exceeded our expectations.

Finding the front of the motel was confusing. The motel faces west off of S First Street. You can enter a parking lot off of the main street (S Third) but you have to weave throught the lot and around the end of the motel. it would help to have a sign on W Margaret Ave (the street north of the motel) pointing a left turn onto S. First.

Sleep inn was very comfortable especially for the low price!

Everything seemed newly renovated. The bedroom was clean, big, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Super good value overall. We will plan to stay again on a future road trip.

Covered Bridge Festival Stay

The front desk staff were so friendly and very helpful!! Our reservation on booking.com wasn't showing but the young man walked us through every step and got everything taken care of for us quickly! Booking.com ended up cancelling our reservation but he put us right back in at the same price. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

No real dislikes. Our room door did not close easily but close attention to make sure we pulled it tight when leaving or entering and everything was fine.

Holes in the walls, door barely locked on room, put chair in front of door, mold in bathroom all over shower, smoke smell in room so bad I could taste it, small bath towels that are scratchy and old, sheets were clean bed smelled nice. Would never stay here again

For 50$/night, you get what you pay for.

For the price, the room was pretty spacious and the bathroom was nice, and the amenities were good aswell

Not very clean. The sheets had stains on them, a towel had a stain, the shower head was filthy, the shower floor was slimy, the metal bars in the shower that hold the towels were rusted. The fridge also wasnt very cold that was in our room and the ice machine down the hall wasn't working.

Nice place at a good price

Very nice property. Lots of pillows on the bed, plenty of hot water with good pressure. Fridge and microwave in the room. Nice toiletries in the bath. Huge walk in shower. I asked if there is laundry facilities available and I was given a room on the floor housing the laundry room just steps away. Very nice staff. I was on my motorcycle and I was told to leave it under the portico near but not blocking the benches since rain was in the forecast. Such a great consideration for me!!

Ok hotel near university area

The location was great - very close to the university campus where we were moving in our two college students. The beds were also quite comfortable!

While the room itself was clean and fairly well appointed, the common areas and hallways could use a major refresh. Breakfast was also disappointing. However, the worst part of our stay was the motion sensor lights in the entry and bathroom - there did not seem to be a way to turn them fully off so anytime anyone got up in the middle of the night blinding light woke everyone else up! I've never had a more ridiculous hotel experience!

Property was very poorly kept. There were many broken windows with caution tape over them. I was originally as I’m one room that was dirty with hair in the bed. I was changed to another room that had flies in the room with a foul odor then had to check out of the room and find another place to stay.
