I would not come back. No follow up on the scam and how my info, was breached, Very disappointing

Audrey the front desk clerk was AWESOME! very nice and displayed empathy

However, the rest of the stay was did not go so well. The lady in the kitchen was rude!!!! But the worst thing was that we received a scam call directly to our room. Someone stating they were a General Manager and there was a power surge and our information was deleted and he had to put the reservation in manually need a credit card and personal information for incidentals and for the room will not get overbooked.

Great rooms, no pool and don't count on breakfast

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was mostly friendly.

One of the deciding factors when we booked was that there was a pool. After check in we looked for the pool and were told it was shut down during covid. Also, the breakfast made us sick to our stomachs so instead of that saving me money it became an extra expense.

Location. Welcoming staff upon arrival.

The water stream from the faucet in the bathroom was way too strong! The stream shoots out hard and splashes water around. The faucet handle was too tight, hard to move up or down.

Lots of money for nothing more than a room to sleep in

I booked through Booking.com and the listing showed a pool and hot tub, there is neither. My kids were so disappointed.

The pool and hot tub area is still there...why take them away??

Excellent!

Room was clean and comfortable. Little egg and spinach quiches for breakfast were great, wish they were served both mornings we were there. The best part of our stay was the cheery front desk lady. She was there all but the last morning of our stay and she greeted us with a smile and pleasant "Welcome back" or "Enjoy your day" each time we left and returned to the hotel, as well as a short inquiry as to our daily events. She was very personable and I wish we knew her name so we could acknowledge her excellent customer service!! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

Nice breakfast spread, the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to Indiana State Univ. which made it easy to see our daughter.

The shower drain was slow and not enough towels or shampoo and conditioner.

pool drained and closed with no notice before hand therefore leaving our kids unable to enjoy themselves while there. room was dirty. no freezer section on mini fridge, lighting wad horrible. and now it appears they took our cash on site and then still charged my card the same amount

Room was quiet even though we were near the highway. Well designed suite. First floor room has high ceiling so felt spacious. We brought our own dinner to be warmed up and were happy there was a fridge, microwave and sink in a little kitchenette area. Desk are was comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The rooms were very quiet. I was very comfortable. The coffee was very good!

My only dislike was the “breakfast”. There were no cereal choices- hot or cold. The bread choices were very limited.

Disappointing and not up to Springhill standards.

The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area are very nice, as expected for a Springhill hotel.

Breakfast was terrible; the worst in our four weeks of travel on this trip. Orange juice was warm; the coffee was at best lukewarm and not hot. No choice of cereal and the one kind available (granola) was almost gone. I got the last of the waffle mix, but it came out extremely slowly and the waffle made from it was extremely rubbery and inedible. Only a few unwrapped plastic utensils were available. We also did not appreciate having $27 extra charged to our credit card as "insurance" against room damage that would be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. This definitely is not what one would expect for an upscale hotel, and that did not happen at any of the many other hotels we stayed at on our 4-week trip.

Passable

My card was charged for than three receipt we were given stated. They stated there was a$20 incidental fee which is fine but when I asked why our card was charged more than the receipt (over $30 more) they said they “round up”. This only happened to a few of us and we had a large party. Just seems odd. I’m going to wait 3-4 days to see if the hold falls off but they should be open on their policy.
