Very expensive for the facilities and a little frustratin.

Billing was difficult. My receipts are incorrect. I tried to resolve it at the location and was not able. We were traveling with minors. The rooms weren't even on the same floor. Very poor for putting us near each other even after I asked. One room had a broken television. Difficult to get the room changed.

The breakfast was as expected, but your attendant was EXCEPTIONAL! There wasn’t a spill or a dirty table left unattended.. and she did it all with a smile on her face. She made our breakfast feel special!

Location was good. Size of the King Suite room was good. The lobby was clean. The pool area looked clean. The lobby smelled good.

Our bathroom ceiling was slowly dripping water over the toilet. When you went to the restroom you got dripped on. Wasn’t noticeable at first. We thought it was from cleaning the room possibly. I Got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom and the seat was wet. The next day when I got out of the shower the towels sitting above the toilet were soaked. I told the check out person and she apologized and said maybe the people above us flooded their room. I hope that’s all it was.

It was a softball tournament weekend and it was so very hot and the pool was closed. This was not known ahead of time or we would not have stayed there. My kids were very upset and I felt it made it way over priced

We were traveling to MO from Ohio - it was our stop halfway. We would most certainly stay again.

It was quiet - you couldn’t hear the traffic, friendly/ helpful staff, clean rooms, loved that there were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and an excellent array of breakfast foods! The price was so reasonable! we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was lovely. The person working did everything she could. Unfortuantely ahe was all by herself, which is a management problem.

The entire builing had a pungent stench of mold and mildew. It worse in the bathroom. The stench was utterly disgusting.

the shower head needs to be replaced, yesterday! The 1st room I was given had a leak by the window. I was given another room but very little after that. no discounts or accommodations were given because of this. the Pool is also closed for repairs. wish that was known before booking.

Everything except the theft of a jacket.

Shortly after we checked out my mom realized she forgot an expensive jacket in the room. Called to inquire about it and was told it had not been turned in and was not located in the room (they went up to check and called us back). Cleaning staff was right outside our room as we were leaving so in addition to the tip that was left for them they also got a nice fall jacket (I'm assuming).
