Very conveniently located just off the highway; the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful; the breakfast was fairly extensive and delicious. My room was two doors down from the elevator, and when I stayed there were plenty of parking spots near the front door. Basically, almost everything went as expected for a semi-budget motel or (much) better. If I pass through Terre Haute again, this will be my first choice.

My only complaints were that the air conditioning was too efficient in the bathroom (after soaking in the bath, the moment I stepped out of the tub I started shivering); part of the bed-frame stuck out exactly where my ankle naturally went almost every time I got out of bed; and a few times one or both of the key cards glitched and didn't work in the door (the one time neither worked, staff reset the keys and then they worked fine).

Price, comfort, and service friendly staff

Billing was difficult. My receipts are incorrect. I tried to resolve it at the location and was not able. We were traveling with minors. The rooms weren't even on the same floor. Very poor for putting us near each other even after I asked. One room had a broken television. Difficult to get the room changed.
