It was very noisy in the evening and it upset our dogs. I asked about a room in the back when I checked in, but was told none were available. We didn't sleep much.

The room was dirty and had paint buckets and paintbrushes in the room. The tub had a huge stain on it; also, the entry point light did not work, and the bathroom exhaust did not function right. My next-door couple was banging on the wall and making noise until very late at night last night. I mentioned all of this to the front desk, but they just charged me in full, with no immediate consideration to the matter. They said they will review my input. I was in my room, still moving out (as check out is at 11 Am. Someone was trying to open my room at before 9 am, saying this room has been rented to him LOL, the room was not even clean yet; with my bed used and me gone, he came in. Just a disaster this time... The internet was not functioning this week at all.

The room was very clean, heat/AC was excellent, the desk managers were very helpful when I needed to check in early. Hobee's and Denny's were both right next door so it was easy to grab something to eat or drink when necessary. Well done!!!

My Room was clean & housekeeping staff were very polite & always asked me if I needed any items during me stay.

I booked a room for 2 people, but there was only one towel in the bathroom. Staff was always polite and the room was clean.

Room was a bit noisy but otherwise in ok condition. The Internet and TV service were glitchy. There was no one available at the front-desk available to check me in despite waiting for 15 mins. So I had to return an hour later. Ample parking space.

Motel 6 always good. Room 228 has TV remote to change channel you must get out of bed to get close to TV. Volume and power work in bed.

They couldn't make keys for our room so we had to go ask every time we needed in the room. The finally got it fixed then gave us a key that worked for 1 day then argued with us when we told them the date we werw leaving. When we went to check out 30 minutes before check out time the office was closed with a sign that said they were at lunch...who knows how long they would be gone. Would they be back before the checkout deadline or was this a ploy to charge us more for the room if we didn't check out before the deadline. Also, the original listing said there was a fridge and microwave... there was not.

Everything was OK. The first morning there was no hot water. Cold shower was not a great way to start the day.

If you are looking for a standard of hospitality that falls below freezing, you have found the right place. The employee who checked me in at 7pm on Monday 10/27/25 was breathtakingly rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I were personally inconveniencing her by simply trying to check into a room I had already paid for. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple, polite question "if I could have a room away from the vending machine"—it was met with a sigh, a glare, and a dismissive "it is what it is" attitude. This person has zero business being in a customer-facing role; her manner was actively hostile and unaccommodating in the extreme. This single interaction completely set the tone for the entire stay. The level of customer care here is non-existent. The management clearly allows for a culture where basic courtesy is viewed as optional. While the room itself was predictable Motel 6 fare, the repulsive attitude of the staff member is what makes this a true nightmare. Summary: Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. The check in was very very thorough and took forever and the first two keycards we were given didn't work, but the staff member was very nice and got it sorted out for us. After that the stay was a very decent standard motel experience.

There is a lady working upfront which is very rude.

I booked the reservation almost a month before the trip, not knowing that the management would cancel my booking because they could sell the rooms at a much higher rate

Checked in , didn't receive room key, was told to climb through window to open door. This was a fire hazard and a safety risk. Leave your door open, who does that when they leave and the staff had no idea how to program keys, was locked out of our room and I want my money returned. This is the worst and I am very upset as it ruined the bay area trip.

The tv didn't work in two different rooms. Was moved to a third room that had no hot water, so I couldn't take a shower. I was too exhausted to move to a fourth room, but I have a professional job, and really needed a shower. I won't stay here again.
