Reserved impaired mobility accessible room not available until day 3 of stay. Rooms poorly equipped (we shopped at Dollar Tree to provide some room amenities, and brought our own pots and pans rather than utilize their grime-encrusted wares), furniture dated and worn. Indoor pool locked, inaccessible. When walk-in shower finally available, suffice it to say that I would not invite anyone to use it. Cockroaches in the kitchen were the final straw.

The room is pretty ran down and the furniture has a lot of wear. My worst complaint is that kids or someone kept knocking on the door and running all through the night! We probably got woken up at least 6 times! I complained to the desk multiple times but nothing was done about it and it continued.

We stayed in a Suite. The room was nice and big. The kitchen was nice. But when you first walk into the room the smell was horrible. I sprayed disinfected throughout the whole room. The little sofa was not really good either. It just felt dirty in the room because of the smell. We didn’t say anything because when we got into our room, it was late and we were very tired and we didn’t wanna have to mess around with anything but because of the smell, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel but saying that the breakfast was very good also

The property was run down. Outdoor gazebo was falling apart and had hanging baskets with no flowers that had seen better days. The room could do with some updates and fresh paint. The room was clean though. Outside there was a weird smell that I couldn’t describe. Quite putrid. Staff were very friendly. I’m vegan so breakfast was very limited for myself. My son ate and said it was good.

We pulled up and right away noticed the property appears unkept. The fountain looks disgusting and weeds are growing up all around the parking area Check in went well and the clerk was nice, and the lobby area looked ok so we went ahead with our reservation. We get to the room and the AC was turned off and it was stifling hot. We had to leave for a couple hours for it to cool down and it still isn't cooled to setpoint. Thank goodness we are only staying one night passing through. We saw a deal and jumped on it but there are plenty of better options in the area.
