    We booked through an app. Consequently, although the price was good, we were allocated a room that was cramped. An additional disappointment was that the hotel was having its exterior painted while we were there and the cradle was directly outside our bedroom window while we were there with men and women working on it. This meant that we had to keep our curtain closed, making the already tiny room very dark. I requested a discount but was refused.

    Spent a couple of nights here in May and had the most wonderful time. Our room was great only downside was it faced inwards so was very dark. However it was a great size, had everything we could want and the bathroom/shower was great too. Close to some fab restaurants and all main sights in the old town of Quebec.

    Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town of Quebec. Two minutes from Chateau Fontenac, two minutes from the main streets for shops and eating. Room was spotlessly clean and decor exceptionally well maintained. Only issue was the coffee machine didnt seem to work properly. Would have preferred a buffet breakfast, restaurant was ok but overpriced. There are far better options just minutes away for breakfast.

    They shd have water at entrance for their guests, some body cream available in bathroom, especially in this cold weather. Also, we reserved for 3 people and they only had one shower cap and did not add any more the next day. Overall it was ok and the location was great.
