Hotel Chateau Bellevue

Very nice staff, good breakfast, juice and croissants available all day, free.

The outstanding feature was really the location for us. Situated between the Chateau Frontenac and the Citadel only a 2 minute walk away from le Terrasse Dufferin and easy walking distance to busier streets with restaurants, shops and attractions. On a quiet street facing onto a lovely little park. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay given that, once we arrived, we walked pretty much everywhere. We did opt to use the valet parking and think it was worthwhile in terms of price and convenience based on parking rates posted in the area, the traffic and several road closures around the hotel.

We stayed at a similar hotel in Montreal last February and the breakfast, which was good, was included. We thought the $20/day charge for breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. We opted to eat out instead and are happy with that choice.

The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing - love the jacuzzi tub and the bed was so comfortable. We stay here every time we come to Quebec City and it just keeps getting better.

Location, location, location!! Front desk staff bilingual and super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet! Water/coffee and wine automated systems in lobby fantastic! Valet service to parking very helpful as parking in old city near impossible. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!!
