There is no elevator, but since the building is only up to the third floor, it was not an issue for us.
Check-in was easy, and although there is no front desk staff, the instructions were clear. We had a small issue with the room door at first, but the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel responded very quickly.
The shower room is small, but overall we had a pleasant stay and felt well supported.
