The experience, what it lacked in room size made up with all the additional amenities offered.

Rooms are small but I knew that and still enjoyed and all other amenities compensated

Everything! Lovely hotel, great concept, lots of great food for breakfast.

Great location for Old Quebec. Everything is walk-able from there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooftop Patio with fire pit is nice, provided a great place to watch an amazing fireworks show. I was thankful that when I asked in advance where to park, a close by parking garage was suggested.

Not really a complaint as I knew this in advance, the rooms are very small and basic but suited us for a 1 night stay.

The location was perfect.

Persistent motor noise issue. I was assigned a 2nd-floor room (starting with 1) and heard a heavy vibrating noise (likely a water pump) every 10 minutes, running 24 hours a day. It woke me up constantly, and I had a terrible first night. The staff was helpful and changed my room when I complained, but unfortunately, the same vibration could still be heard on the other side of the property. I had no choice but to try and get used to the sound.
