Fully renovated, this charming apartment includes a bedroom with a large queen bed. In the spacious open area, you'll find a comfortable living room, a dining nook, and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The bathroom is complete with a shower and all essentials provided for you. The interior is welcoming, perfect for a stay that meets your expectations. Bedding and all essentials for a hassle-free stay are also provided.
You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a free parking space reserved for you at the back of the building.
We are available to respond between 9 AM and 10 PM (Eastern Time) every day through the booking platform’s messaging system.
Limoilou is a charming and lively neighborhood with beautiful tree-lined streets and alleys where children play. It features old brick buildings with spiral staircases. It's a favorite spot for young families and entrepreneurs. The neighborhood is currently buzzing with energy.
The street layout is similar to New York’s, with perpendicular streets and avenues. Walking along 3rd Avenue between 2nd and 16th Streets, you’ll discover many attractive small shops: gourmet grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, craft boutiques, art galleries, tea rooms, ice cream parlors… In the summer, part of 3rd Avenue is reserved for pedestrians.
Available at the corner of the street: ÀVÉLO - The electric bike-sharing service. Search for the app/website online. You can also get around by car or taxi. The Réseau de transport de la Capitale also offers services nearby. Mobile app: RTC Nomade.

Overall the area is great, lots of restaurants nearby, pub right across the street and quite neighborhood. The place is cozy and viby. You’ll enjoy it! It was sweet of the owner for leaving nespresso pods(consider electric kettle for the place :))!
My only small suggestion would be to have duvet because it gets cold and the bed cover is not suitable.
Other than that, fantastic stay. Would stay again!
