We love this hotel. We stayed in another unit in February for 3 nights. We just stayed for a night in July, and will be staying again in a few days.
Our only feedback was the bed in the room we stayed in has aged. I think it needs replacing. Our first room had no issues.

I'm OK with self-entry.
The online web-based app didn't work properly. Almost every time I used it I had to select unlock a number of times before it work. This was for the front door and the room door. It would be much better if a key code was also provided. There are key pads but I didn't have a code for them. This also meant that my wife could not gain entry and access by herself because she didn't have a suitable phone. This is a pity because, otherwise, we liked the place.
