North House - Two bedroom Escape in the Heart of Old Quebec

L'emplacement dans le vieux Québec est excellent, tout se fait à pieds. La propreté des lieux était parfait. Tous les équipements requis pour l'appartement y étaient et malgré le fait que c'est un établissement automatisé, le support et les suivis courriels sont très rapides et courtois.

C'est un sans faute pour notre séjour.

Emplacement idéal au coeur du Vieux-Québec, tout est accessible à pied! Se lever le matin, prendre un café pour apporter dans un café du coin et aller le boire sur la terrasse Dufferin ou en visitant les nombreuses boutiques, c'est génial! Les 2 chambres à l'opposée l'une de l'autre sont vraiment appréciée pour l'intimité. Il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine, le café et l'huile d'olive sont même offerts. La carte de stationnement gratuit pour les stationnements souterrains est un gros plus, car c'est très difficile de stationner dans les environs. Il y a une unité de climatisation dans chaque chambre. La literie était confortable et de qualité.

La banquette n'est pas rembourrée, alors ce n'est pas confortable de rester dans la cuisine pour regarder la télé. Le logement est conçu en fonction qu'on ne fasse que dormir et manger sur place. Les lits n'étaient pas particulièrement confortables, plutôt durs, mais c'est une question de préférence personnelle j'imagine. Aussi, il y a un oreiller relativement mince et très mou, ou un plus gros très rembourré et ferme, mais pas d'entre 2.

Nice that coffee & sugar, S & P and cooking oil were provided as well as paper towels, dish soap, dish towel & sponge...should be revealed in the listing as I brought all my own items needlessly. Small freezer kept a freeze pack frozen. Heat worked well. Parking garage pass, tho a bit more info would be good to have as to any guidance of where allowed to park once entered. Nice glassware and dishes. Rain shower head. There are good light-blocking curtains (not pictured) but dusty behind. Bathroom wall heater is awesome but could use a vacuuming of trapped dust. Cute, small outdoor courtyard for warm-weather use.

only 2 hooks in the whole place but in one bedroom and none in the other to hang coats let alone clothes. But a few fabric drawers were provided and a shelf unit in the narrow hallway for hats, gloves, etc. which was awkward to get to with shoes by door when you wanted to bundle up before leaving thru the kitchen door. No place to put shoes when coming in from the snow/salt/dirt so had to use the one door mat to leave them and trip over when inside. No broom or dustpan. Bathroom needs hooks to hang clothes and wet towels...for two people, there is only one short towel rack. Initial problem with door code as we were sent the wrong one. Parking on the street might be OK as stated, but the signage makes one feel their car could get towed so after one night we used the parking garage pass...appreciated. Bedspread is very warm...perhaps have a blanket for each bed as an option for those who don't care to sleep too toasty. We had the room down to 62 and still were too hot sleeping. Better than being too cold, however :)

The location was amazing. Everything was walking distance. They provided me with free parking. Hosts were very fast at responding to any concerns that came up.

The beds were a bit small for two adults and the kitchen which was slash living room was a bit uncomfortable to watch the TV which was mounted on the wall.
