The heat system was down on our first day, we had to bear with the cold until 10PM then we were able to get to transfer to another room in a nearby hotel of the same group. The night shift staff was very helpful indeed. Overall, I would say this hotel is in a good location with some good staff

When you book the hotel, it does not say parking is few blocks away in a commercial ramp, 25$ per day. You will learn after booking

When we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm, nobody was there. We had to wait over 20 min trying to call somebody to get the card for the room.
The room is under the standard requirements mostly the bathroom. I wanted to change the pillow as it was hard and thick. They promised to look for one. If they could not find one, they will let me know. Nobody called me back. The coffee machine in the room did not work.
My friends had a water leak in the bathroom.
For the price I have paid,
The service is lousy with no consideration for the customers. Do not count on us for any recommendation to our friends and other travellers visiting Quebec City.
