Clean. Quiet. Friendly. Helpful staff. Nice room, well equipped.Good location in city.
Merchants do not clear snow from walks. Slush, heavy slippery.
Do sand and salt. Treacherous walking.

The Hotel Marie-Rollett met all of our expectations. It was quaint, unique, clean, quiet and located in the heart of the old city, walkable to restaurants, shopping, historical sites and more. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Underground parking is about half a block away, there are 15 minute parking spots in front of the hotel where you can unload your luggage before parking. The staff was very helpful with baggage and in meeting any requests that we had i.e., extra towels, directions, suggestions. The front stairs leading up to the hotel reception area are a bit steep which is common throughout the area in these older buildings. We would definitely stay there again!
