Great location, very close to most attractions within 5 to 8 minutes walking. Rooms had everything needed, including a small kitchenette, very clean, spacious and thoughtful layout.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating, check in and out was fast and easy. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Quebec City.

No clear entrance, and no marked spot for valet parking.
Also glass of water served in breakfast was city water with very bad taste.

Impeccable service and accommodation. Monsieur Jean elevate the experience with the a rigorous attention to details. From the moment you arrived until you leave, you feel like VIP. While you there you must try the Bijou restaurant.

A bit on the eclectic side, but wonderful. Reminded us of a hotel we frequented in Portland, OR. Staff, especially Manuela, the concierge, were very helpful. Great continental breakfast. Clean and well appointed rooms. Great location inside the old city walls.
