Our stay at this hotel in Quebec City was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. The location was also excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Monsieur Jean during our recent trip for Winter Carnaval. We experienced fantastic service. The location is great and the hotel itself is filled with whimsy and charm. I can't wait to go back!

From the very first second, the arrival felt theatrical in the most elegant way. We were greeted by a gentleman in a black hat and tuxedo — like something from a classic European film. It wasn’t just check-in; it was an entrance into a story.
Inside, the hotel unfolds like a living storybook — playful yet refined, bold yet warm. Every detail feels intentional. The design is not simply décor; it’s personality. It’s art.
Our suite was extraordinary — spacious, beautifully curated, layered with textures and artistic touches that made us pause and smile. It’s rare to find luxury that feels intimate rather than distant.
Perfectly located in Old Québec, you step outside into history and cobblestone charm, yet inside you find a serene retreat — quiet, cozy, restorative.
What truly elevated our stay was the atmosphere. It awakens creativity. It invites reflection. It makes you slow down and feel the moment.
