Everything except the stairs
The stairs and sometimes the dirt in the kitchen sink.. The room is too crowded.

Location is great and the hostel was very clean. Lots of comfortable common areas and the kitchen was extremely clean.
Some staff could work on their client skills.

Right in the midst of old quebec
My wife slipped and fell down the stairs in winter. I know it's wet and slippery, but how there's no elevators, they should take greater care to make the stairs no-slip

nice price, nice location. that is the best important for me.
our room has stinky soring tank machin. all 3 night. I know it was not hostel fault, still share with no manner person was not good memory.
