Loved the location and the convenience to everything touristy in Old Quebec and in downtown, and the price point for that access was likely unbeatable. It was also surprisingly easy to get to using a taxi / rideshare from the train station and to get back out to the airport at the end of our trip. Also really loved the massive bathroom -- that was a pleasant surprise! The heat control was amazing and it also has AC which we didn't use but is good to have access to.
Didn't love the bed in our room -- the room itself has a really massive slant and that was mirrored in the bed. It was almost comically crooked? The stairs up to the rooms are also quite slanted (we were on the third floor) and uneven heights. And the water in the bathroom was generally very cold (one hot shower each morning, so we started alternating morning and evening showers).

In the heart of Old Quebec. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. A refrigerator and a microwave are available for guests at the hotel reception.
You can find cheaper hotels and restaurants on the edge of Old Quebec, bordering the non-tourist area.

The location was great. Check out was easy enough. We dropped the key in a box.
The stairs were winding and a little dangerous. The locks on the door were not adequate.
