The air conditioning was not working properly. But the rest of the stay was great and I had no issues with anything

Perfect location only minutes from the Fairmont Hotel and Old Quebec City. The room was nice. It is a very old building but the bathrooms are modern. Air condition works.
There is no staff. You will receive codes for the main entrance and your room.
There is no elevator so If you have trouble climbing stairs make sure to book a downstairs room for a surcharge.
PS: if you are traveling with a car be sure to reserve your parking space well in advance as there are only 4 small spaces available behind the hotel.
