When we got there.we had no idea where to go no reception, just by phone which has no instructions any where. On getting instructions gave wrong instructions so we were waiting for 15 min what to do as there’s was no reception. Some how figured how to get connected to them and they sorry you are not supposed to stay in that room is suppose to be room on second floor not third floor. When we got there no microwave, coffee machine was not working. And everytmw people walks you hear noises. Very terrible experience and worst experience for stay. Driving for 9 hrs and reach to hotel it’s all this confusion. We had to park car away from us and that was some public parking so overall just so upset.

The hotel is self check-in and instructions were clear and provided beforehand. Room was clean and spacious although the bathroom is quite small so it might be a challenge for some to work around it. Location is good and is a fairly short walk to Old Quebec’s popular spots such as the Quartier Petit Champlain and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
