    Every inch of that place had been sprayed with Febreze (or some similarly strong scented spray) I didn’t realize how strong it was at first (too preoccupied by the many heavy trips up to the 4th floor), but the longer I was in it, the worse it got. I became very ill and had to leave. It was past midnight by this point and I wasn’t able to find another hotel to stay in. So I went and slept in my car in a parking garage and few blocks away. This was the most Strongly SCENTED hotel that I have ever stayed in, except that I didn’t actually stay because the scent forced me out. I would also like a refund for this booking please.

    No front desk. At least 4 groups of guests were trying to figure out how to get in this hotel. We had to call the hotel because no instructions were sent for check in. Room was not ready for us more than an hour after check in. We saw only one cleaning lady trying to juggle cleaning the rooms. Incomplete basic items provided by hotels. The only items in the room were body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and blow dryer. Towels were provided but no blankets were provided for the sofa bed. We didn’t use the kitchenette. Area was a few minutes walk from tourist spots in old Quebec, but if you’re travelling with a car, it would be inconvenient to book this place.
