Hotel was a great location, a perfect spot for experiencing the old city. A beautiful old-style building. The Room was clean and very spacious.

There is no human to interact with. The result is that the place is a little cold and lacks personality, despite the beautiful building and location, All info is communicated digitally. The check-in was rather tenuous. After some searching and a phone call, we found the links for the on-line registration process ...which was very long and onerous. We eventually found our codes and got in. Another party was left outside for quite a while trying to get the right codes. There's nothing quite like having a living human at the front desk of a hotel. A minor detail that could be improved upon: The text message for check-in says "steps for your boarding pass". I thought it was a scam message and ignored it because I was not flying anywhere. They might just change the words to "steps for your hotel registration"

A localização é perfeita e o apartamento era bom e limpo. O único problema foi a limpeza externa. Como o apartamento fica nos fundos, o acesso se dá por um "pequeno túnel" onde se encontram as caçambas de lixo. O aspecto é ruim e piora quando há lixo no chão em volta.

A limpeza externa, que tem de melhorar muito. No andar da cozinha fazia um calor intenso, sendo necessário estar com um ar condicionado bastante barulhento ligado o tempo todo. Pra completar, as janelas devem ficar fechadas pois haviam muitos esquilos circulando na área do imóvel e o cheiro de comida os atraiam.

Nous n'avons pas été reçu par une personne physique, c'est vraiment déplorable. Vous êtes affiché comme un hôtel et non un airbnb. De plus, le service téléphonique a été en anglais, alors que je le parle peu. Pas de service en français dans une ville française, une province française et un pays bilingue. Vraiment déçue. Pour l'accueil avec une porte barrée et un service en anglais... un gros ZÉRO. Je ne pourrai pas recommander et relouer une chambre à votre hôtel pour ces raisons.
