The hotel is dated but close enough to where I needed to be the following day. Fireworks were going off after midnight outside but nothing they could do to stop that. The walls are thin. Bring ear plugs

The room I was placed was old and everywhere stinks stale and rotten. I paid over a 100 pounds per night, but a 25 pounds room elsewhere was better. It’s probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever been my whole life. The room I was in was literally like a museum

I booked a room for two adults and one child, but the room was tiny and only had one double bed. The hotel was fully booked, mainly with lots and lots of hen parties. The noise did not stop all night, until about 4am. The room was really hot as well. Would avoid this hotel.

The sides lights were broken, their was actully no bulb on the left side and the right side light was flickiering/faulty. I did complained to fix it however no one bothered. The Mattress was comfy. TV was their without remote. Desk was their without chair..

We attended a Christmas party night, long delays of 1hr each of menu starter, main and dessert, we got that fed up we skipped the dessert. Badly organised. Soup was poor, main meal the meat was chewy, veg hard. Staff inattentive if you asked about delay of food, management not interested in getting food out quicker. Very disappointed, wouldn't return...

I usually read reviews before booking but this one slipped by me and i didn’t read the reviews. The room is extremely small just enough room for the bed. There is no dresser or desk just a bed night table and a rack to hang things. The bathroom size was functionally enough to do what’s needed. The atmosphere of the hotel hallway and check in area feels like you’re in a hostel.

Outside of building needs a makeover, pleasantly surprised on arrival, lovely modern reception and seating area, had a fantastic meal and wine very reasonably priced, room was small but very clean, had a good nights sleep, would recommend and would definitely return as didnt have time to use the leisure facilities.
