I wasn't there on business. I was staying because I had an early morning hospital appointment. The man on the desk took the payment and ordered the taxi that I requested.
He told me where my room was but I couldn't find it, so I came back down to ask him again.
But he stayed through the back and ignored my calls. There is no bell to ring to let anyone know that I was there. A young waiter was walked by and I asked him where it was and he very kindly took me to my room and unlocked the door for me. My room number was 124 but that number isn't on any notices also the door I was meant to go through to find my room had a
PRIVATE notice above it. So naturally one would. Not go where it says private. The man on the desk gets the terrible star but the waiter gets the excellent star. I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff etc.was excellent.
