Staff are lovely here. Food not as good as before. Nice comfy beds. Clean. Some of the towels in the bathroom were a wee bit worn. All in a good stay but food let it down this time.

Checkin was friendly and efficient. However a problem reported at checkin about a gurgling aircon is causing me a sleepless night. It has been checked twice by staff and seemed quiet at that time but the problem has returned.

I must commend Manager John and Night Manager Emma for their help in resolving our problem with a double booking. They both went out of their way, John in particular, in helping us to get a refund on one of our bookings. The double booking was my mistake.
