Dreadful no sleep due to noise from other room

Property was clean and tidy

Noisy neighbours next door had to be reported to reception staff . Not ideal when the soul reason for your stay was to b up fresh and early for a 6am flight

Ideal location for onward travel

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and professional, the hotel was clean and well presented, the room was very clean and warm on our arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Poor Quality Night Sleep

The staff were helpful and friendly

The bed was offal to sleep on the pillows were miss shaped. When we entered the room our first impression was the bed was lumpy looking and the pillows were lumped together in the middle of the bed.

Lovely room but a sleepless night

The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff were friendly

Really disappointed by the pillows - they were so lumpy we both struggled to sleep. We also got woken up at 6am by people in the surrounding rooms - I realise that’s not Courtyard’s fault exactly but I’d expect better soundproofing

Brilliant location, easy walking distance to Glasgow airport, super friendly staff and good food.

From the minute we walked in the door, all the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely made our stay all the better. We ate in the restaurant as we had an early flight and the food was great and again our wait staff were fabulous.

Location was good , room clean and comfortable

When arriving at 3am check in.. Asked for a coffee and was told to wait half an hour for staff to come !!! Front desk did eventually made coffee but was visibly annoyed about it. It does say 24hr service!!!! If this happens to visitors from other countries it’s not a welcome i’d like them to start with.

Staff training on reception required...

I booked for dinner on arrival, then was told to come down to reception after dinner once I had signed off my dinner bill to the room. Apparently reception staff who booked my room had not taken sufficient credit on my card. No I find I have been charged to my card for the entire bill PLUS an incorrect extra overcharge of £50. I now have to chase the hotel for a refund. Not what I would expect from such a Hotel.

Charging mechanism was poor. Staff need better training when they invite guests to book for dinner - make sure you take sufficient credit at the time !
