Lovely room but a sleepless night

The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff were friendly

Really disappointed by the pillows - they were so lumpy we both struggled to sleep. We also got woken up at 6am by people in the surrounding rooms - I realise that’s not Courtyard’s fault exactly but I’d expect better soundproofing

Brilliant location, easy walking distance to Glasgow airport, super friendly staff and good food.

From the minute we walked in the door, all the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely made our stay all the better. We ate in the restaurant as we had an early flight and the food was great and again our wait staff were fabulous.

Staff training on reception required...

I booked for dinner on arrival, then was told to come down to reception after dinner once I had signed off my dinner bill to the room. Apparently reception staff who booked my room had not taken sufficient credit on my card. No I find I have been charged to my card for the entire bill PLUS an incorrect extra overcharge of £50. I now have to chase the hotel for a refund. Not what I would expect from such a Hotel.

Charging mechanism was poor. Staff need better training when they invite guests to book for dinner - make sure you take sufficient credit at the time !

Depending on what staff are on duty can be a great place to stay if you get lucky

Location was good , room clean and comfortable

When arriving at 3am check in.. Asked for a coffee and was told to wait half an hour for staff to come !!! Front desk did eventually made coffee but was visibly annoyed about it. It does say 24hr service!!!! If this happens to visitors from other countries it’s not a welcome i’d like them to start with.

the staff are, as ever, friendly & courteous. the food is good. the rooms are large, comfy & well appointed. comfy beds too. I stay 3 or 4 times a year.

Nothing much - the drinks are quite expensive, but that's maybe me living in the past ! The room prices can vary dramatically depending when & how far in advance you book.

The hotel to stay in at Glasgow Airport

Everything. The location was 7 minutes walk from the airport terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large with all facilities and spotlessly clean.

The property is just a stones throw away from the airport so its ideal if you have an early flight. We spent just one night at the hotel so I cannot really comment about the facilities. Hotel has ample parking albeit against payment. Check in was swift and the room was spotlessly clean. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

The hotel has a bistro with a good menu but overpriced. They did not have large bottle of sparkling water so they got us three small ones which of course would cost more. I was not impressed by the waiting staff. Our drinks were left on the bar counter for quite some time and were only served when we explicitly asked for them. Has a kids menu which is however a plus.

Parking at £18 was extortionate. I arrived at 02:30 am and checked out at 09:15. I was unaware of the charge although it is on the booking form further down the list!! If I knew about the charge I would of stayed somewhere else.

Had a great one-night stay at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow. The room was big, clean, and spacious—perfect for relaxing before a flight. What made it even better was the location—walking distance to the airport, which made our travel day stress-free. A special shoutout to Pat from the staff, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even took the time to walk with us and show us the way to the airport—above and beyond service!👍🏻👍🏻

Executive Room was good & air con worked well and was silent. Super comfy bed & pillows. Perfect location for Glasgow Airport.
