Overall great stay. Hotel staff extremely friendly. If you stay in room 220, just be prepared to have issues with the door lock card access. Overall, great stay.

We traveled for a wedding. The front desk young woman was wonderful. She helped us out tremendously. There was no ice in the machines, the beds were not comfortable and felt old. It does look like they may be doing some updates but there were windows open on every floor. Overall it was a easy stay

It’s an older property that was convenient to the freeway. The room carpeting was very dirty. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Not much choice. It was as if they started the service and then never came back to service it with replenishments.

we did not end up staying there, staff was non accommodating when we requested a room away from large party in the parking lot. Seemed more like a long term stay facility than a hotel. Not like the pictures at all.

Rooms are definitely dated, and need redone. You can trll its an older hotel. Breakfast was all but non existent, very limited. Non smoking facility, but at the time of my stay the place had a strong odor of Marijuana on every floor.. I was disappointed to say the least.

Wouldn't stay here again. Security latch on door was broken. There was what looked to be blood on one wall. Room needed a good cleaning. Repairs needed in bathroom. Breakfast area was pretty pitiful. No fruit. No healthy choices. Only biscuits and gravy or waffles. There were some cereals, milk, and some juice. Not worth any extra for them offering breakfast. Coffee wasn't bad. That was nice.

This hotel is in need of updates and repairs.

Arrived late and left early. Breakfast menu could stand a better hot choice selection but hotel was clean, quiet and safe. Personnel was friendly and courteous.

Pool was great and breakfast was very abundant

Manager was not available to check us in, we had to come back later. We got a handicap room which we did not need and had no chairs in the large room at all to sit on and relax, Bathroom was ok, toilet was dirty, toilet seat was disgusting, no hooks for clothing. Not very well kept up overall.

The staff was responsive, professional, and kind. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids. Multiple times our door key kept resetting, so that was inconvenient having to go to the front to rekey the card. And we had to turn the door knob just right to get the door open. The bathroom and room were clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little noisy. All in all it was good value and great location.

Carpet in room felt sticky. Bathroom ceiling was pealing. Hall door sticked, had to body slam against it to get it to open. The food selection was very limited.

This place is unfit and unsafe. Stayed one night it was dirty not only the outside of property but inside your room as well. Our room had no air conditioning at it was 91 degrees outside. Then to be woken up at 1am to a very strong marijauna smell in my room and down the entire hallway. In which I do not smoke. I got very sick over the smell and had to leave earlier than planned on our stay. I Do Not Recommend This Place.

Bad, even for a budget hotel but the “free breakfast” was so terrible that we had to go to the nearby Cracker Barrel.

Front desk person was not there when we needed her to check in. We had to wait for several minutes for her to appear. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast items were available, although the orange juice is only fair. We would stay there again.

The elevator was broken we were on the 3rd floor, we left for dinner to come back to ants all over the dresser and the floor, the floors were very, very dirty. Will never stay here again.

The front desk staff never greeted us upon arrival. The sign out front says smoke free property yet our room smelt like smoke. Our kids feet’s were black after 3 hours on their carpet in our room. The door handle to our room hardly ever worked. We had to get our key reprogrammed 3 times due to it not working. Would note come back at all to this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I have a one year old and her legs and feet were pure black from crawling and walking on the carpet. It was absolutely disgusting. If you walked barefoot you felt like you were sticking to the floor. Our bathroom toilet kept getting clogged. Ants were everywhere. Will never stay here again. The only good thing is they let us have an early check in to get ready for a wedding.

This whole property is very run down. The first room they gave us smelled of smoke, the second was being sprayed as we entered. The locks kept not working and we had to go to the desk and have the cards redone several times. There were only 2 bath towels for a room with 4 people in it. I had to get pool towels from the front desk twice. The first morning there were no tea bags and when I asked was told they were on order. I suggested someone go across the street and buy some but that didn't happen so there were none the next day either. The second day there were lots of biscuits but only enough gravy for one person. We had to wait until they got more gravy ready for everyone in my group to eat, 4 people. This hotel really needs to be shut down and totally redone. Very disappointing stay!

One of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was the hot tub and it was drained and out of service. It would be so nice if hotels would update their listings to indicate when services/amenities are not available, as I would not have booked this location if I had know the hot tub was not functioning. The front desk person did not even comment when I expressed how disappointed I was that the hot tub was not working. The room and facility needed a good cleaning and was in need of a freshening up of paint...dirt in even corner of bathroom, peeling paint, hole in bathtub surround, dingy hallway carpeting, etc. Bed frame was broken and bed rocked a bit. Breakfast at 7:45 was very picked over, but there was a person tending to it, so I won't know if they ran out of everything early or what. Very little protein options. There were 3 bins for hot food and they all contained biscuits. Someone was smoking marijuana on our floor in the evening and the smell was drifting into my room. Guests were also smoking cigarettes right outside the entrance and the smoke was unavoidable when entering and exiting the building. Not a good look for a smoke-free facility. Overall, the stay was just ok, but also disappointing, especially with no hot tub and breakfast sucking. I won't stay here again.

Staff was always on break. Room was dirty, M&Ms and pennies found on the floor of our room. Pool was like ice and the towels provided for the pool were not much bigger than a hand towel. Breakfast was almost non-existent.

Hot tub didn't work properly and breakfast what breakfast?

The people working were very nice. Our room just wasnt super clean and smelled like pee. The hot tub wasn't hot but barely warm.

We stayed in this hotel one year ago and the door locks were messed up and you had to slam your body into the door to open it. But I thought it was a specific issue with the room I was in. Now we are exactly one year later staying in the exact venue yet different room. I literally had to thrust my hip into the door so hard to make my door open when it unlocked that I have a bruise on my hip. A year is long enough to invest the money to fix those doors. It’s sad to see the independent business owners choose not to reinvest into their businesses or show pride in their business enough to make it have functional doors.
