The beds where more comfortable then other places I have stayed.
The pool and spa were both cold. There was nothing for us to do besides stay in the room because the kids didn’t want to be in the pool room at all. We all love to swim and couldn’t hardly. The room was super dirty, the hall was dirty, and everything just seemed dirty. BREAKFAST was a big let down.

The only thing that was nice was the beds and good night sleep
What I didn't like was the elevator floor was so slippery that I slip and fell and no one checked on me even though they heard it and our door was broken and took them a day and then our door still wasn't fixed and we couldn't get in every time we tried getting into our room we had to go get a new key because they said we deactivated it and we didn't because we didn't have it near our phones we had it in our wallet not around anything else and then the door from the outside still wouldn't open oh did I forget to mention that the maintenance had to fix our toilet not once but twice and then left the plunger up there and told us that's how we would keep fixing it so anytime we went to the bathroom we had to plunge it

There was blood on bathroom walls, plastic on smoke alarms sheets torn door wouldn't open unless you shoulder checked it, tub wouldn't drain, pool dirty and hot tub same temp as pool, booked a hot tub in room did not get it ac barley even worked

I didn't like that I reserved the hot tub suite almost two weeks in advance and had everything confirmed, but when I got here they gave me a regular room with a lock that was jammed.
I pointed out the error assuming they would quickly make the error correct.
Instead, I had to call booking.com to make the changes. The manager told me they could do nothing at their end.
I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak with an operator.
Booking.com confirmed the error was at Wyndham's end and that they needed to resolve the issue at no further cost to me.
Booking .com tried to call the desk and they wouldn't pick up the phone so I had to call them up to answer..
The Booking.com operator talked to the desk help and assured me the issue was resolved and I should have no problems getting in my room that was confirmed.
Even though the one girl at the desk discussed it with the other they still tried to get me to pay the difference. Like they just weren't understanding.
Booking.com threatened back charges and cancellation with this establishment but these girls were thinking the $50 difference was a more favorable choice.
They were not friendly.
I am currently on hold again.....15 minutes in and I'm exhausted.
I did the online confirmation ahead of time so it would be a smooth check in. Instead I'm sitting in the lobby with a horrible headache.

Very noisy!! Workers staying there drank and was very loud til at least midnight. Probably a dozen people so it was very loud. Not what I would expect in a hotel!

The television was SO HARD to figure out, and there were no instructions on how to use it anywhere in the room. My husband had to go back down to the lobby and they sent someone up right away, and he was able to do whatever needed to be done to get us the hockey game we wanted to watch, but very frustrating to not be able to figure out how to get it to work. Some instructions on the use of the remote/TV would be great!!

The location was great! Close to lots of restaurants and stores
Where do I begin? We reserved 2 rooms. The room I was in was pretty terrible but the other room seemed okay. To start, when we first tried to get into our room we had trouble opening the door! Once we figured out how to get into the room, our room was very hot and uncomfortable. We immediately turned on the a/c to the lowest setting and that pretty much did nothing. I had no choice but to open the window to get some relief. (When we pulled in there were lots of open windows which now made sense) Once the window was opened, I realized there was no screen so that was scary and yay for bugs! My daughter complained about a bug bite after our first night which I just assumed was from the open window. Then a little while later I noticed I had a few bites also. Looking at pictures now, I can confidently say I believe these bites are from bed bugs! Gross!!
The room also had lots of questionable stains but the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot once I figured out how to get it hotter. There were some crumbs or something in the drawers so I didn’t use them.
The pool was okay. Small and not many chairs but the kids had fun. The “hot tub” was just as cold as the pool. Towels were always put out in small quantities so you better be quick to grab it when they come out or you will have to go to the front desk and ask.
Breakfast was very limited. The juice machine didn’t work but they had Sunny D and milk to drink. They only put a few boxes of the cereal out at a time. Not a lot to choose from.
Our toilet clogged and I called down to the front desk. They said they would come up and look at it. They came up and did not come in the room but instead handed me a plunger and left.

Someone has been playing loud bumping music all night and still is. The door lock is broken (really hard to get into the room) and we had to get staff to let us in and they didnt care it was broken. Next, the description on the booking website said this room HAD a spa tub. The bathroom smells extremely bad like smoke, I couldnt even stand to shower in there with the door closed. There have been tons of bugs in our room and we are on the third floor! We are very disappointed because we would not have taken up an ADA room. The website was confusing and we did not get what it said we were receiving for the price paid. Lastly, we tried to turn the air unit on and it smelt like it was going to catch on fire.

Not clean at all. Very run down and dated. Mattresses were not comfortable. Sink handle was broken. Coffee maker in room was disgusting. Breakfast mainly consisted of make-it-yourself waffles and biscuits and gravy.

the hotel was in a great central location, and the rates were pretty fair or so we thought when we booked… however after staying at the hotel for two days I definitely think that it was way overpriced for what we got.
we had two separate rooms and both of the rooms smelled awful… cigarette smoke, musty, general unclean smell. even after switching one of the rooms it still stank but it was better than the first so we opened the window (which by the way, third floor windows- actually all of the windows- were able to be opened but had NO screens in them) and did as best as we could to air the room out.
the curtains were visibly dirty, and so were the lampshades. remote for the TV was missing the battery cover as well.
the hot tub jets, which the hot tub was the entire reason we chose to stay at the hotel bc they’re the only ones in town with a hot tub, didn’t hardly work.
breakfast was okay, lots of things were out of stock even early on and the staff was too busy to be bothered to help guests with what they needed or wanted.
the plumbing throughout the entire building frankly sucks, we had two separate rooms with clogged toilets and when we went downstairs to ask for housekeeping or a staff member to come take care of it my husband was handed a plunger and told to do it himself.
the elevator was VERY loud and sounded like it wasn’t going to make it every trip- and worth noting the elevator inspection was expired! how unsafe and very illegal.
guests were drinking and smoking in the pool area and allowing their children to run around wild at no point did we see a staff member enter the pool area at all in the couple of hours we were down there both nights.

The rooms were dirty. Well walking on the carpets your feet would turn black. The towels smelled horrible. There was paint missing in the room and random stains. My 4 year old daughter found a random pill on a chair in the room.

They didn't have enough breakfast to accommodate everyone. The pool area needed cleaned. The hot tub didnt get hot at all. The last day we were there the hot tub overflowed into the pool.
