STRONGLY recommend you stay elsewhere and reconsider having a third party in between transaction

roof over our heads and decent breakfast

floors not clean and room smelled like dog, bed frames protrude from mattress four or more inches so banging shins and knees, alarms going off at 6AM in my room and empty rooms that were not set, management made promise to credit portion of bill then at checkout blamed third party (booking.com) for her hotel not being able to give us credit. I brought four generations of my family to this hotel for this wedding and we will never use Hilton or booking.com again. Management's lack of integrity and your involvement cost me about $350.

Wonderful, will do again.

I like the modern feel of the facilities. The room was very comfy. I could have used a second set of sheets or blankets because my husband steals the one on the bed during the night. It's a thing.

Even though it is better for the environment, the paper cups in the room were wrapped individually. It sort of loses the environmental aspect of carbon neutrality of the whole thing. Just saying.

Poor management, thefts

This had been a reasonable hotel when it was new, however it seems under poor management now.

Cleaning staff digged in my private items and copied Credit Card information, to steal 1500 USD from me. Breakfast is also extremely poor, all you get is a PB&J sandwich, and foul apples. Never again.

All and ALL it was great! This is our second time there and it won't be our last time.

Location was great, I didn't eat any because you have no options for someone that has restrictions, I can't have gluten or dairy. You all had an apple that I could eat. Now just so you know I am not bitch. You can't cater to everyone. I am just saying I didn't eat breakfast because there we're no options for me. Not, I don't do this because I want to. It medical induced.

A great spot when you are in Auburn.

This has become our go-to location when we travel to Auburn. It is tucked away enough from the interstate but is near everything that we need. We have always encountered friendly staff and appreciate the work that they do to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Walls are a bit thin and I wish it was easier to turn left out of the driveway. No other issues.

Nothing to complain about really, but the standard king room was smaller than I expected. Bathroom was good sized and really nice. But other space was a king size bed, little desk and a bench. With just a path size walking space around the bed

Dont go here!! Cameras were in bathroom facing shower

I didn't like how I found a camera in our room and room smelled so bad of sewage had to be moved to a new room , that didn't smell but once moved I found yet another camera in the bathroom facing the shower. Staff didn't seem to worried as they didn't call police which is technically what should have been done and considering each room had a camera on completely separate floors, I think either house keeping or maintenance must be putting them in

Location was good and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Good idea having the squeezable soap dispensers in shower and at sink unless you have arthritis in your hands. They were difficult to squeeze. Around 2:30 am there was a lot of noise/talking in hallway. Thought it was visitors but then realized it was staff getting ready for cleaning later. It lasted for over an hour waking us up and making it difficult to get back to sleep It's ok to begin getting prepared for your day, but please do it silently or at least in a whisper not talking down the hallway to each other

We did not eat the breakfast. No meat. The place was clean and appeared to be fairly new.

The room was a little cramped. My wife ran into the corner of the bed frame and leg bruised due to the small space between the wall and bed. The bed was not comfortable. The desk clerk was not very friendly but did his job well.

Superb

Room has all you need for 1 overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. We liked the bathroom wall soap dispensers. Plenty of plugs for electronics. Lots of parking for long bed truck with bikes on back rack. Breakfast had good offerings.

Trash can at the outside door was full with trash on the ground when we arrived. Made us wonder. We entered with no one at the check in counter. Wondering again. Didn't realize check in person was sitting at a far table, opposite wall using a phone. Stood there a bit waiting for someone. Person came to counter. She was not personable but tended to our reservation.

The fact you have to ask to get your room cleaned before the 5th day and they only start you out with 3 towels,most people do not like to ask the front desk for more towels and stuff just because they don't want to look needy ,since we have a baby in dippers I ended up having to take the trash out the room so it would not sink, I just think when you have a long stay your room should be cleaned at least every other day unless you put up the Do not disturb sign on the door, other then that I love the place I would be a perfect place if it was like cleaned like normal pre- covid,thank you

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The food was fresh with lots of options. The hours breakfast was available was superior. The "common area" was also very well maintained, including board games, etc.
