It was clean

Breakfast was great, especially the waffle-making for kids. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. the location was great. We were taking the 765 steam train ride from Pleasant Lake on Saturday, and visiting the ACD and truck museums on Friday, so location in Auburn was perfect.

The freeway noise was annoying at night! The view was the freeway! Unfortunate is the property’s location!

Great staff, clean facility, very good breakfasts, the swimming pool was fabulous!

Only 2 things that were slightly bad were, 1 - the road noise from I-69 & 2 - no where to sit comfortability while my Mom was outside smoking.

Location near restaurants. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Swam in the pool. Good breakfast.

When checking in there is a immediate $50 charge for “incidental” that is not mentioned here. But instead of just putting the $50 charge on my card they charged full price for the room plus the 50 even though I had already paid in advanced. They have canceled the booking.com charge now but this means I not only paid more then the advertised price I also lost my booking.com bucks. I will never stay at this location again!

We come to watch the grandkids play ball we drove for 12 hours & when we got here the staff was so friendly and laughing and it was a pleasure to check in. We brought to the grandkids back to stay with us and the staff went and got extra blankets for us and it was just a pleasure to stay there

The GM and the lady checking us in were wonderful, sorry I'm terrible with remembering names.

I didn't like hearing the constant opening and closing of the room doors down by 120 & 117. Note did I care for the screaming, not crying, actual screaming of the child in 111. If the doors were more soundproof I think it would've been more tolerable. Especially since it seemed like the were out in the hall screaming. They weren't really but at times it truly sounded like they were because of how loud it would get and then you could hear it but not as if it was right outside my room door. I understand it's no fault of the hotel or the staff. I guess when my children were young I was very aware of others in hotels and public places and made sure if they acted up we would resolve the issue at hand ASAP or go for a drive to calm them down as to not to disturb others from enjoying their stay. The beds are extremely firm. Some people love a very firm mattress. My fiance and I are not one of those people. I am just glad that I was extremely tired and was able to sleep for 4 hours once the screaming child stopped screaming.
